Location & Work Environment
This role is based in a collaboration Office located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Employees follow a hybrid work model (2 to 3 days on site weekly), collaborating virtually with global teams while attending periodic in-person meetings and trainings. The modern office is housed in a historic building and offers collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, dining areas, phone booths, and advanced technology to support both in-person and remote work.
The Role
The Project Manager, Engineering I - Civil/Structural Design leads a team of CAD Designers and Drafters and plays a key role in shaping engineering projects from concept through execution. This individual champions design excellence, establishes CAD best practices, and ensures quality, consistency, and efficiency across a diverse project portfolio.
